pEXPR EGSH: TP901

This expression vector contains serine integrase TP901 under PonA-inducible promoter EGSH. It can be used to invert sequences between attB and attP recognition sites. Basal expression of TP901 is high, so further repression systems, such as the k turn-L7Ae system, are being explored.
